Armed Vehicle Patrol Officer
The Armed Vehicle Patrol Officer candidate must have at least 4 years of Patrol officer background, extensive patrol experience and must have a flexible schedule to work any shift without restriction. This candidate must be able to work independently or as part of the team. Must be able to make decisions independently is essential. Strong communication, written and verbal skills is must for this position.
The duties of the Armed Vehicle Patrol Officer include but are not limited to the following:
-Officer will be patrolling company accounts
Must visit sites:
-To observe and make sure that all security guards are in their proper company issued uniforms
-Security Officers performing their assigned duties according to Post orders
-Security Officers following company policies and procedures as specified
-Officer must have experience in writing detailed daily reports and performing investigations of occurrences as necessary
-Officer must be available to cover post in cases of emergency and/or last-minute coverage needs
- Officer will be working directly with Gadite Group Inc. management and HR Department to report employee misconduct, employee behavior that is against company policy, and assist in implementing the appropriate disciplinary actions towards employees who fail to follow company policy. This will also include employee write-ups
In addition, regular armed/unarmed guard duties will also apply to the Armed Vehicle Patrol Officer. Monitor activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing security and assuring the safety of client, client property and client’s personnel. Prohibit unauthorized access to facilities being secured; prevent theft or intentional destruction of physical assets.
Patrol Officer will respond to unusual or emergency situations using the appropriate de-escalation techniques to solve the situation by applying the appropriate level of force as necessary to maintain the safety and lives of our officers and clients. Enforce regulations and orders for the site or the premises being secured.
The Armed Vehicle Patrol Officer must have the following:
Valid CA driver’s license
Clean DMV record
Valid Guard Card
Valid Exposed Firearm Permit
CPR/First Aid
Baton permit
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
