*Overview*
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer support using Microsoft-based tools. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless customer experience by using Microsoft products such as Teams, Outlook, and Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem-solver, and able to work efficiently in a remote setting.
*Duties*
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Provide product and service information, troubleshoot problems, and assist with account management
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are handled effectively
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and case resolution rates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or Microsoft products are a plus
