We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Embroidery/Printing Operator to join our growing team.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Embroidery/Printing Operator to manage the production of custom embroidery and printing on our uniforms and apparel. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating embroidery and printing machines, ensuring top-notch quality and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate embroidery and printing machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
· Review and interpret customer orders, design files, and specifications to accurately produce customized products.
· Perform routine maintenance on embroidery and printing equipment to ensure consistent output quality and minimize downtime.
· Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
· Work closely with the production team to meet order deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
· Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process and communicate with team members and supervisors as necessary.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience operating embroidery and/or printing machines, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
· Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with design software and file formats.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
