Responsible for working hand in hand with Commercial Contract Salesperson/Estimator.
Speaking with maintenance customers pertaining to their agreements.
Write up reply’s to customers regarding maintenance agreements.
Help coordinate with dispatchers to make sure correct technician is assigned to maintenance agreement.
Contacting customer regarding updating maintenance contracts and to reflect customers information and or scheduling changes.
Maintain detailed data base of potential and existing commercial customers to include: business name, contact name, phone number; age, type, capacity, location and access requirements for the equipment and service contract renewal date.
Contact the owners of commercial projects in progress to estimate and secure new service contracts.
Review monthly “Scheduled Call Reports” and renew expired or outdated contracts.
