Operations Support Admin

This position will support the Operations Team by managing various Software support systems, such as Smartsheet, tracking KPI results, organization of e-market process, working with the Operations Manager on process improvements and the Finance Manager for prelim review

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the emarket process working with co-worker to assure timely review and ordering of emarket material orders. Communication with emarket team in Salt Lake City.
Supports Vice President, General Manager, Operations Manager and Finance Director
Update Smartsheet with required reports etc. Assure documents are submitted and reporting is produced
Communicate effectively with Executive Management from EMCOR and The Church
Works with VIA Team to assure systems and people are working properly
Assist with Power point presentations for Monthly and Quarterly Steering/Governance meetings
Assist in managing Building Table for accuracy
Administrative tasks (Recording meeting minutes, preparing for meetings, reports, etc) as assigned

Business Administration Undergraduate degree in related field (preferred.)
Two years’ experience in comparable position, or combination of education and experience
Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others
