We are looking for a detail oriented, multitasker to join our IT team as a Full Time Temporary Helpdesk Associate. This position would work 20-30 hours a week out of our Ford City office.
· Helpdesk-troubleshooting & resolution
· User network and email access and maintenance
· Hardware& software maintenance
· Equipment set up
· Strong SQL Knowledge
· Basic Programming
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products
· Ability to prioritize and Multitask
· Working knowledge of network concepts
· MCSE preferred
· 3+years of SQL server & programming experience.
