As a Scrum Master at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you are coaching and guiding scrum teams to build high performance execution using Agile processes, tools, and techniques. You are committed to data driven relentless improvement with a system viewand working with leadership to develop an environment where meaningful self-organization can grow and thrive. You are a Scrum Master serving cloud development teams within a SAFe global community.
Facilitate all agile ceremonies across one or more scrum teams (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, estimations,planning,)
Driveteam’s focus on completing program objectivesand scope, on-time with high quality; each bi-weekly sprints and each program increment
Maintain an organized project planning and execution using IBM Jazz/RTC project management tools
Remove blockers, track, and close dependencies with global teams
Conduct bi-weekly sprint retrospectives and implement actions with Scrum teams
Ensure sprint user story and feature compliance with Definition of Done (DoD)
Present sprint progress with DoD measurements in management reviews; team velocity, defects, field Issues, quality, etc…)
Participate actively in backlog grooming, global scrum of scrums, PI planning with global teams
Facilitate technical discussions to drive risk mitigation options in various areas, architecture, technical implementation, deployments, code quality, etc.
Partner with engineering, product, and business leadership to build highly collaborative teams

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
3- 5 years of hands-on technical Scrum Master projects experience
Experience managing complex technical projects to completion (eg;Cloud technology)
Strong understanding of agile software development life cycle methodology
Strong facilitation and coaching skills and a “value oriented” mindset
Detailed knowledge of Epic, Features, User Stories, BDD
Ability to manage multiple priorities and has practical problem-solving skills with technical understanding, is a critical thinker, and self-starter
Good technical foundation to facilitate and contribute during thescope planning and execution
Excellent presentation and communication skills to present sprint progress to leadership
Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong collaborator and willingness to go above and beyond
