The Executive Sous Chef will maintain a safe, efficient and profitable service kitchen. He/she will accomplish this through total product knowledge, maintaining established food and labor costs and structured management controls. Duties also include adherence to food, health and sanitation standards, staffing, inventory and tight management controls.
