Maintenance of client files and physical materials
Assist supervisor with day-to-day functions, including daily task review
Assist with incoming mail processing, scanning to appropriate attorney teams
Assist with outgoing mail processing, as directed
Prompt response to all internal and external emails and phone calls
Physical office maintenance: bussing of all conference rooms, client areas, and communal lunch area, including daily dishes, microwave and refrigerator cleaning, as necessary
If designated to open / close office, timely execution of same
Assist with general mailings, including invoices, firm notifications, large case mailings as needed
Assist with marketing services at forums, seminars and monthly meetings, as necessary
Assist with shopping, inventory maintenance and supply research
Data entry, maintenance of information as directed
Back-up reception duties, as necessary
Support attorney teams with file location, retrieval of physical or e-document as needed
Offsite delivery or pickup, from time to time, as needed (current DL and insurance required; reimbursed at IRS mileage rate)
Perform regular quality checks on assigned systems
Ensure that sensitive information is safeguarded

Preferred: college level writing, in English or other communication coursework
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Years of experience (over 1) in support staff law firm environment
Great attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to stay organized
Knowledge of filing systems, databases
Ability to implement new systems into the company
Ability to work independently
Great time management skills
