Job Description

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

What You’ll Get to Do:
The Sr. Continual Service Improvement Analyst will be working closely with CSI Lead and Junior CSI Analysts supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
The successful candidate will have experience with ITIL-based ITSM and managing CSI, business process improvement, and operations optimization projects for Enterprise IT projects.

More About the Role:
The successful candidate will help lead and support the establishment of performance measures, monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify and implement performance-based improvements.
Provide quantitative and qualitative outputs about the impacts of process changes.
Create process maps and/or models in standard tools. Works closely with other subject matter experts and/or specialists on product specifications and production schedules.
Align organizational goals and objectives to overarching governance, and strategy/planning documents. Develops strategic planning methodologies and frameworks.
Brief internal Program Management as well as the Government Customer on CSI status.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or higher and/ or 5-15 years
Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
Ability to obtain a DHS TSA Entrance on Duty (EOD)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional analysis/assessment methodologies and associated tools.
Experience with strategic planning methodologies, developing strategy and familiarity with strategy implementation. ·
Experience with performance management, performance metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and performance management dashboards. ·
Experience with strategic performance measuring best practices, frameworks and performance improvement methods (ITIL, ISO9001/20000, CMMI, Agile).
Operations familiarity includes Tier I, II, and III, Service Desk, NOC, Engineering, Site Support, and IA.
Relevant TSA DHS focused experience
