The mission of the Quality & Audit Analysis will be to oversee, maintain, and enhance the quality control processes in place across the ISS-ESG Business. The roll will require working directly with the key stakeholders of the business to in both a consultative and audit capacity. In addition, role will also involve partnering with members of the ISS Control & Audit and external audit staff to oversee ISS ESGA participation in the ISS SOC1 Audit.
The Quality & Audit Analysis main responsibilities are detailed as follows:
Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes
Own and manage ISS ESGA participation in the ISS SOC1 Audit and assist in the execution of the audit
Conduct regular check-ins with research and methodology teams to confirm existing quality control processes which should be included in external audits
Coordinate updates and drafting of audit and control documentation with ISS CAT and external audit team
Communicate importance of audit procedures within ISS ESGA business
Proactive attitude, innovative, motivated, client-oriented and commercially-aware thinker with strong attention to detail
Experience with financial data and familiarly with Control based audits
Demonstrated project management skill – define scope, resources and time lines and manage to deliverables
Excellent organizational and verbal skills, particularly around communicating technical details to non-technical contacts
Language: Fluency in German or Swedish, a plus
Training & experience:
Bachelor’s degree as a minimum, Master’s degree a plus
5+ years’ relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-starter who can work independently and across a team
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new content, and learn new ESG products
Willingness to travel
Absolute personal and business integrity
Strong motivation to work for ISS
