Summary:
The E-Commerce Carrier Management & Analytics is responsible for support and analysis of .com deliveries and carrier communication around such deliveries as assigned. Incumbent will provide tactical and strategic support in areas of exception management, reporting and metrics/analysis as needed. The E-Commerce Carrier Management & Analytics works closely with internal and external business partners to improve processes, recommend cost efficient processes that streamline transportation and supply chain work flow to senior leadership. Reduce costs and increase/improve service offerings. This position will be an integral part of developing key metrics and dashboards for continuous improvement models.

Essential Functions of Job:
Manage operational needs to support .com deliveries and returns.
Parcel carrier management to ensure service levels are met.
Conduct monthly/quarterly business review with parcel carriers
Measure and support carrier key performance indicators (KPI’s) for quality logistics performance, timely transit, and operational service.
Develop and implement cost and performance reporting, tracking and management
Participate in carrier negotiations
Create and maintain monthly/quarterly service dashboards to assist in carrier management and team performance
Build and maintain relationships with service providers and .com team to support daily operations for all outbound shipments.
Analyze, recommend, and improve current processes through continuous process improvement.
Process carrier freight claims from research and settlement.
Ensure compliance with safety and government DOT/ FAA regulations and HAZMAT requirements
Work closely with internal customers to develop and maintain goals and process that support overall goals of Sephora.

Qualifications:
BA/BS in Supply Chain or related field strongly referred.
3 + years’ experience working in transportation/logistics specifically with LTL, TL, and small package industry preferred
Previous experience with a transportation system and/or ability to quickly develop a proficiency in such systems.
Strong project leadership experience.
Logistics systems user experience (TMS, WMS, Freight Optimization,) preferred. Red Prairie, Mercury Gate
Working knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Advances Excel preferred to work in VBA
