We are currently looking for a Remote Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our Customer Operations team on a temporary, part-time basis. There is potential for the role to go full-time. The QA specialist role is responsible for monitoring the overall health and performance of existing client applications as well as evaluating the overall quality of newly developed applications.
For this assignment, we need someone who can listen to messages and utilize our tool and make adjustments if they aren't sounding up to par. Initially this individual would need to work between the hours of 9am-2pm PST.
