C&S is looking for a Manager, Workforce Analytics. The HR Analytics “consultant” will focus on building and refining HR analytic capabilities, leveraging the Workday HRIS platform. These capabilities include processes and metrics to ensure that timely, accurate, and insightful information is available to business leaders and HR across the company.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated success in repurposing raw data into actionable information, and will play a key consultative role to our internal customers, to include identifying strategic information needs, conducting data and process analyses, providing actionable recommendations and executing analytical projects that support the organization’s strategic objectives. The position will assist in the development of targeted action planning within HR and the business leaders.
Proactively prepare and present regular and ad-hoc workforce reports, incorporating key metrics such as: headcount, hiring, and attrition, to support strategic initiatives
Design and develop accurate dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual aids for on-demand access through Workday Manager Self Service
Provide HR leadership with key information about the business they support
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in data sets to locate influences
In collaboration with internal clients, use human capital planning methodologies to determine business unit and location-specific strengths and strategic opportunities
Serve as subject matter expert to HR and business leaders
Internal Customer Service & Project Management
Partner with others to identify research questions, sources, and hypotheses; determine key metrics and interpret the results
Accurately assess information requests and business situations to determine methods and procedures to address complex assignments across all spectrums of HR
Partner with business and HR leaders to understand the current demands of the business, with regards to human capital data
Consistently work to understand the business and organization structure so that data requests and systems remain relevant in C&S’ ever-changing business
Become a subject matter expert in the Workday HCM system
Design & build HR reports and dashboards, leveraging Workday’s capabilities
Provide consultative advice around the analytics strategy for the organization
Assist in managing the company’s workforce data to ensure the data is accurate, consistent, and interpretable over a multi-year period
Build Internal Capabilities
Manage and lead a team of Workforce Analysts
Train others in advanced analytic methods, building a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout the HR organization
Provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders with regards to the HR data
Develop an organizational strategy to capitalize & action on HR data
Bachelor’s degree required; five of more years’ experience in HRIS or related disciplines
Experience managing and leading change throughout the organization
Workday experience highly preferred, with a strong understanding of Workday Report Writer
Demonstrated project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including data analysis
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with both technical and functional end users
Demonstrated ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new systems
