NetStandard is seeking an experienced, high-energy, polished and results-driven senior sales executive to join the sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with strong presentation skills that can drive growth by meeting with c-level decision makers and end with decision makers. We need the perfect combination of high-energy, successful, polished, business to business (b2b) sales professional who has experience selling to c-level executives. Technology experience is not required; we have an experienced team of engineers to support our sales effort. We provide the support to be successful including: a full suite of proven products, marketing efforts designed around producing sales leads, database of prospects, structured product training program and an excellent compensation program (first year expected earnings to exceed six figures).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Research key accounts to assess business opportunities by prospecting, researching and contacting key decisions makers.
Be willing to effectively prospect via telephone, live events, meetings, social media, and whatever other methodologies are most effective to help fill the pipeline.
Develop a network of partners who can refer opportunities as they arise. Educate your partners on our unique attributes and look for mutual opportunities to work together. Partnerships are one of our core values. Our entire team works to build a successful partnership network.
Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers. Educate them on how we can help solve their business problems with technology solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Work with senior management, negotiate, and provide all follow-up to deliver signed contracts.
Walk prospects through the sales process, analyze needs, present solutions, and get the ball over the goal line.
Cultivate references and create satisfied clients.
Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services that NetStandard offers to our clients.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to successfully prospect, develop and present proposals to clients
Experience managing sales cycles
Strong understanding of strategic sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding quota targets
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and meet aggressive deadlines
Ability to work independently, self-starter
Ability to work with technical teams and internal teams to ensure client success
A relentless pursuit of sales goals and objectives required
High level of motivation for sales and strong motivation to earn significantly more income; experience/desire working on a performance-based compensation structure required

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
5+ years sales experience
Experience in the field of technology preferred
Outside business to business (b2b) sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a base plus commission environment with experience closing sales at the executive level
Proficiency in Microsoft office (including PowerPoint), internet, web-based and job specific software applications required
