Vectorworks, Inc. is looking for a motivated, solutions-driven Channel Operations Intern to join our team for a dynamic internship opportunity this spring. The intern will work with our Channel Operations and Marketing teams to assist with researching, planning, and executing activities to support our global distribution channel. In this role, you should expect to:
Support global distribution by providing solutions to drive sales and increase leads
Work as part of team to develop, draft, and edit existing and new website and e-newsletter content
Work with Vectorworks staff and others to coordinate and develop web content to improve user experience, including better navigation and understanding of key information
Execute marketing programs, analyze their success, and recommend improvements
Conduct competitive and industry research and analysis
Support strategic event organization including the Annual Distributor Conference and 2019 Design Summit
Assist in the development, execution, and improvement of global marketing programs

Ability to analyze, measure and report on program engagement metrics
Experience with Net-results, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp or similar e-newsletter service is helpful
Experience with marketing-related assignments and interactions
Hands-on experience with marketing-related assignments and interactions
Prior internship experience at a public relations or marketing firm, in corporate communications, or a marketing department
Ability to build reputation or influence across online communities through thought leadership

Eligibility requirements for internships:
Internships requires working a minimum of 16 hours per week with a maximum of 40 hours per week
You must be at least 18 years of age, enrolled in an undergraduate program entering your junior or senior year, enrolled in a graduate program, or a recent graduate (no more than 6 months upon graduation)
This is a paid internship and compensation will be based on applicant's qualifications. We currently do not provide housing, relocation, or transportation reimbursement
Interns are not eligible for company benefits

Summer: June 3 - Aug 23
