*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Gardener to join our team. The Gardener will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens, landscapes, and green spaces. *Responsibilities* - Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, and pruning - Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing - Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools - Monitor plant health and treat for pests or diseases as needed - Assist in the design and implementation of landscaping projects - Ensure proper irrigation of plants and lawns - Keep outdoor spaces clean and organized *Skills* - Experience in landscape maintenance and gardening - Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements - Ability to operate power tools and gardening equipment - Familiarity with greenhouse operations is a plus - Proficiency in groundskeeping practices - Strong understanding of lawn care techniques - Capability to grow plants from seeds or cuttings - Skill in irrigating plants effectively
