This Model Attendant/ Sales Assistant position offers competitive compensation, and business casual dress in a relaxing model home environment.
Position is for approximately 16 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays. Additional days as needed, to be coordinated with licensed sales person.
This will be for model homes in Sanford/Heathrow at Sylvan Trails.
- Organizing, scanning and saving documents to the appropriate file
- Maintaining both paper and electronic filing systems
- Will act as back-up to the Sales Counselor - answering phones, scheduling appointments and greeting clients
- Assemble brochure packets for potential clients and realtor functions, includes printing, copying and collating documents, creating documents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher
- 1-2 years of administrative experience working in a professional office
- Sales experience preferred. Real Estate or Retail Sales.
- Must have a vehicle, a working cell phone
- Basic computer skills; proficient in MS Office -- Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Dropbox, Gmail, Photoshop, Adobe
- Excellent organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail abilities
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work as part of a team
