Lighthouse School, Inc. is a premier educational and therapeutic program in the New England area dedicated to providing special education and clinical treatment services to children 3 to 22 years of age having a wide range of complex diagnostic profiles. As a private, not-for-profit human service provider in existence for nearly 50 years, Lighthouse School® is regarded as an organization of Excellence within our industry. We are first and foremost a “Corporation for Kids” and everything we do focuses upon promoting optimal life success for every child entrusted to our care, and we do this by using our proprietary treatment system – APEX Biodevelopmental Technology.
The centerpiece of Lighthouse is our powerful culture, one based on respect, integrity and equity. We firmly believe that our cohesive, interdisciplinary team is our most valuable resource, and wouldn’t be able to provide the nurturing and healing environment for our students without the supportive nature our culture. And as a byproduct we are able to boast an industry-low staff turnover rate and unparalleled longevity of our team members.
This newly created, high-level administrative position involves management of all aspects of our clinical treatment system including client-based service delivery, therapeutic case management, individual/group therapy, team training and development and other responsibilities typical of a dynamic clinical department.
We have designed this position for individuals possessing a Doctorate in Psychology or related field and at least 15 years of both extensive clinical and administrative experience. Having the ability and desire to learn and incorporate APEX proficiently in a leadership capacity is also an expectation.
This is a full-time, 12-month position with the benefit of five paid vacation weeks (three during the school year and two in the summer) and flexible summer hours.
