Significance is seeking a Management Consultant to support our Navy Real Property account. Specifically, this consultant will manage deliverables to meet objectives related to enhancing data quality, business process improvement, and change management. The consultant will be responsible for evaluating various data sources to inform data improvements and recommend changes to existing guidance, plans, and policies. The consultant will be responsible for working with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret information, and building briefings to report key data and performance indicators to senior leadership.

Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance.

Bachelor's Degree in related discipline

3-5 years experience in management consulting, business transformation and change management, and/or business process improvement (BPI) related activities.

3-5 years experience in assessing data quality to inform corrective action and/or recommend process improvements.
-
3-5 years experience developing reports, briefing materials, and plans in Microsoft PowerPoint, coordinating with stakeholders to gather information and developing visualizations and/or graphs to highlight key data.

Experience supporting meeting facilitation and scheduling

Proficiency in project management skills to include: managing individual tasks to meet project milestones, analyzing task lists to provide appropriate progress and status updates, independently researching topics to gather knowledge and better understanding.

3-5 years professional experience working in teams, demonstrating interpersonal skills, team-building capabilities, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Visio).

Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasking, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to evaluate guidance/policy/procedures and determine compliance / identify gaps in data or existing procedures, and recommend improvements.

Willingness to perform a broad range of tasks from high-level strategy creation to administrative duties.

Willingness to travel up to 25%

Located in the National Capital Region (NCR) or be willing to relocate/contribute to in-person client and team engagements in the NCR within the next six months.

Experience providing management support and guidance to DoD or Federal agencies around communications, operations, and processes.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) platforms

Experience facilitating one-on-one and/or small group meetings to gather information, build content, and gain feedback, consensus, and approval from stakeholders.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., executing pivot tables) and software (Tableau, PowerBi)

Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint

Experience in data analytics and internal controls
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
