Our Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the management, direction and organization of the restaurant operations. You ensure that the food and beverage quality is spectacular—all while maximizing profits.

What You Bring:
Leaders wanted. We are looking to you to create a positive team culture with a “lead by example” approach and an affinity toward collaboration. You will be required to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems all while providing flawless customer service. Excellent verbal and written business communications skills are a must. Here are a few things of the things you can expect to be doing during a typical day:

Ensuring that food and beverage team members consistently produce high quality food preparation and service.

Ensuring compliance of sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.

Overseeing positive guest service in all areas including responding to complaints and taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.

Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs. Preparing schedules, covering shifts and making sure the restaurant is properly staffed for all shifts.

Supervising, coaching and mentoring team members to create an environment that encourages the development and growth of all involved.

Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) as well as 1+ years of previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar in a supervisory role. You must also have Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits.

When You’re Here:
Sometimes you’ll be behind a desk—but also be prepared to move around because more than half of the time you will be standing/sitting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and more.
