We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as the Data Analysis Manager for our Facilities Operations & Engineering programs.
The overall responsibility of our analyst is to develop, improve or leverage existing business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, work systems and methods for reporting. This position works closely with facilities management staff and other stakeholders throughout the company to align organizational capabilities and develop and manage performance metrics. As the owner of the metrics and KPI decks, you will need exceptional personnel skills for active facilitation and coordination, to ensure reports and metrics are delivered on time.
Create and manage reports, metrics, dashboards and analyses to support facilities operations and engineering, including asset management, real estate operations, transportation programs, and capital projects
Maintain and improve the systems that house data and the tools and processes that leverage that data. Interact with Facilities, Finance, IT and other departments to ensure timely delivery of data, reports, and analyses.
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders by monitoring key performance indicators and driving for operational excellence.
Derive conclusions based on report results and proactively identifies trends or anomalies to manager.
Prepare analysis decks for business reviews with senior management and internal stakeholders (Asset Management, Maintenance Excellence, Capital Projects, Real Estate, Transportation). Perform regular data integrity and quality control checks to identify areas of improvement and oversee report enhancements.
Serve as a technical resource/subject matter expert on analytical tools, processes and internal/external data sources to other internal departments or functions.
Analyze data and provide reporting to support and optimize facilities programming and operations.
Support Facilities in developing optimized procurement processes through data driven decision making.
Monitor and track the lifecycle management and performance quality of global systems specifically used for facilities.
Manage regular updates to Facilities strategic plan and roadmap documents. Track progress against annual improvement plans across sites.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in (combined) facilities management and operations, office administration, information technology and project management. Business analyst skills and experience necessary.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
Prior industry experience in Life science, clinical, biotech or pharma experience is a plus.
Previous experience working with a CMMS, IWMS, or work order management systems preferred.
Proficiency with computer office and reporting applications, such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, Tableau, or other dashboard reporting applications.
Experience with Sharepoint, Power BI, or Business Objects a plus
Experience with data extract, transfer, and load (ETL) from enterprise data systems a plus.
Experience with workflow automation a plus.
Business and financial acumen a plus. Ability to create written documentation, communicate and develop presentations at all levels of the organization.
Team-oriented, works well with others and customer service focused is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (4+years) preferred.
CFM or PMP certificate a plus.
