Programmatic Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Set-up, optimize and scale in-house programmatic acquisition and re-engagement campaigns
  • Manage existing and establish new relationships with DSPs, supply partners, and data providers
  • Work with external partners to transition campaigns in-house and ensure campaigns and the relationships are running smoothly
  • Collaborate with Sales and Leadership team on programmatic campaigns and provide forecasting and reporting on trends
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to scale campaigns, efficiently
  • Track, report and present campaign performance data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in Agency & RPO presentations (QBRs) with clients
  • Educate/train internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Sales, Technical Solutions) on programmatic performance and updates to our technology
  • Troubleshoot issues such as underperforming campaigns, billing support, and integration
  • Identify areas of growth for the Programmatic business
  • Host regular (weekly/semi-monthly) check-in calls with programmatic trading desks and vendors.
  • Travel periodically (quarterly/semi-annually) to meet with representatives at programmatic trading desks and programmatic vendors
  • In internal Glassdoor meetings, serve as a programmatic jobs Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advocate for ways to improve our programmatic jobs offering
  • Attend programmatic industry events to increase awareness of Glassdoor as a programmatic publisher and bring insights back to Glassdoor
  • Create and maintain appropriate training documents
  • Evaluate processes for continuous improvement
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Highly analytical
  • Industry experience in recruitment advertising preferred
  • Track record of account management or sales success
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented and very organized.
  • 1-2 years managing programmatic or paid social performance campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail in execution
  • Working knowledge of the programmatic web and mobile app ecosystem (DSPs, supply partners, data providers, verification solutions)
  • Experience setting up and maintaining tracking and attribution solutions
  • Bonus: Tableau Software and Salesforce experience
