Office Assistant hours are currently 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday (days and hours may change as needed). Compensation commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities and Duties (not limited to the following)

  • Answer & Direct Phone Calls
  • Greet Guests
  • Maintain Customer & Vendor Files
  • Data Entry
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Prepare Estimates
  • Process Orders & Invoices
  • Post Customer Payments
  • Reconcile Accounts
  • Daily Deposits
  • Collections
  • Order Office Supplies
