iTrip Vacations Northwest is a locally owned vacation property management company servicing the Bend, Sunriver and Redmond areas. The properties we manage can be found on Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, etc.
We are currently looking for an experienced Housekeeper to service a luxury vacation home in Sunriver. *This is not a full time employment job.
*PREVIOUS VACATION RENTAL HOME CLEANING EXPERIENCE A MUST
At iTrip Vacations Northwest we pride ourselves on a "Boutique" level of service. Proper care/cleaning of this home is a must. If done well, an opportunity to care for more homes may be considered.
The cleaner will be expected to bring their own cleaning supplies to each job.
*iTrip will supply the amenities (dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.)
A short summary of the job duties:
- Vacuuming floors and furnishings
- Sweeping and mopping hard floor surfaces
- Cleaning, dusting, wiping down all surfaces and furniture
- Cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing all kitchen and bathroom areas including cabinets, toilets, sinks, appliances and bathing areas
- Doing dishes / Emptying dishwasher
- Emptying and sanitizing all waste baskets
- Stripping all linens off of beds, towels from bathroom, and laundering
- Making all beds, resetting towels, restocking amenities (dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.)
- Check for marks on walls and clean as necessary
- Exterior sweeping and cleaning of outdoor furnishings.
- Report any damage, hazards, repairs as found immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to lift/push/carry/pull 25 to 30 pounds

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
