GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under direction of the President/CEO, the Executive Assistant supports the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run smoothly.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing multiple or complex calendars including agendas, mail, email, and phone calls.

Prepare correspondence with CEO, Leadership and Board of Directors, including agendas, meeting minutes and special announcements.

Manage confidential documents and information securely.

Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

Monitor and update Policies and Procedures and manage regulatory agendas and record keeping

Possessing strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree perferred or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to possess strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.

Must have a working knowledge of procedures related to the administration and processing of documents and reports utilizing Microsoft Office software including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and/or other similar computer software systems.

Must be able to effectively and diplomatically communicate (both orally and written) and be able to meet and work with the public.

Must be able to implement office and agency policies and procedures; have the ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision, exhibiting accuracy, dependability, initiative, orderliness, and timeliness.
