Job Title: Preschool & Recreational Gymnastics Instructor
Overview:
Join our team as a Gymnastics Instructor and inspire students to develop their skills in a fun and safe environment. We are seeking a passionate individual with experience in sports, coaching or education and working with students to lead engaging gymnastics classes.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct gymnastics classes for students of varying skill levels
- Instruct students on proper techniques, form, and safety guidelines
- Create a positive learning environment
- Provide feedback and encouragement to help students improve their gymnastics abilities
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Ensure equipment is set up properly and maintain a clean and organized gym space
Experience:
- Prior experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching is helpful but not a must. We will train the right individuals.
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage student behavior effectively
