This role will support both the Systems and Operations teams. Daily responsibilities will include data entry, analysis, trouble shooting, and constant communication with various business partners. This role will support two functional areas within the organization, therefore the ideal candidate will be able to adapt to a broad base of tasks and projects, with the ability to prioritize when competing asks are upon them.
Responsibilities
Review and monitor order status of all inbound shipments through Import Broker Portal.
Maintain inbound PO transit status, quantities, and shipment details within ERP system.
Maintain and update all shipment tracking Excel based tracking tools.
Effectively communicate arrival dates of receipts to warehouse to ensure proper staffing.
Maintain wholesale order accuracy through daily tracking, exception management, and communication with the sales team.
Oversee the daily flow of wholesale orders from order entry to fulfillment. Troubleshoot and minimize exceptions for wholesale inventory allocation and fulfillment.
Generate commercial invoices for international wholesale customers.
Ensure accuracy of department store orders by verifying order transmissions (EDIs) against initial commitments (bulks).
Oversee the daily flow of e-commerce orders from the website to the warehouse. Monitor and resolve any fulfillment related issues.
Adjust inventory imbalances between ERP system and Warehouse Management System.
Manually input and upload end of season orders into ERP system
Maintain data integrity within systems’ infrastructure by monitoring exception reports.
Work with appropriate team members to correct outstanding data issues.
Execute daily and weekly inventory uploads for our B2B websites.
Monitor daily errors and basic EDI issues within ERP system.
Check nightly files and processes that feed our BI Data Warehouse, rerunning reports and uploads.
Own portions of the change management process for product updates, PO placement as well as costing changes.
Reconcile variances between actual and estimated cost for production orders
Own aspects of style maintenance management process for product information, PO placement and costing.
Support end users of each system and assist with basic functionality, as needed.
Special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Desire to learn
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills with an ability to proactively solve problems
Highly motivated self-starter
Team player that enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Strong Excel skills preferred, but not required
Passionate about making an impact within a growing company
1 year of professional experience is a plus but not required
