We are seeking an enthusiatic Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
- Take dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Provide patient care in a friendly and supportive manner
Requirements
- Certification or Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene
- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Experience working in a dental clinic and office setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients of all ages
- Understanding of infection control protocols and practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
License/Certification:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
