If you said yes to all the above, CollabNet VersionOne is looking for you to be a CollabNet VersionOne Agile Engineering Consultant.

Responsibilities:
Work with customers to create and or customize integration and reporting solutions that leverage CollabNet VersionOne’s OpenAgile platform
Help teams learn and adopt CollabNet VersionOne, including the implementation of CollabNet VersionOne Continuum (DevOps) and the related engineering practices.
This will include both face-to-face, on-site and remote consulting and training activities.
Manage the full life-cycle of Customer Engagements, measuring the outcomes, and helping to drive the successful adoption of CollabNet VersionOne and DevOps/Agile engineering practices and principles.
Conduct process assessments, establish CollabNet VersionOne and agile adoption roadmaps, establish ideal implementation design, and help customers through the validation, launch, and continuous improvement stages.
Contribute to the CollabNet VersionOne Services delivery content (e.g. training materials, engagement deliverables, custom reporting).
Assist with the automation of CollabNet VersionOne Services internal systems.
Assist with the Sales process including on-site visits, responding to RFIs/RFPs, assessing customer’s needs, and the creation of proposals and statements of work.
Travel will vary based on customer needs, could be up to 33%.

Required Skills:
A minimum of 5 years in software development, with 2+ years working in an agile environment
Approximately 2+ years developing with web services
Working experience with Agile engineering practices including TDD, Pair Programming, concepts of emergent design, BDD (ATDD), and continuous integration.
Working with one or more lean agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban).
Using CollabNet VersionOne
With continuous integration and continuous delivery environments and tools (e.g. build automation, pipeline management and execution, system monitoring, source code management, code profiling/assessment).
Knowledge of DevOps concepts and how they impact lean agile organizations.
A past life as a consultant
An understanding of and grasp of TL/DR
