Responsible for scheduling and cancellations of all appointments.
Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: Two years of experience in customer service and customer relations required. Experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments preferred.
Additional skills required: Must be able to coordinate multiple calls and requests. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience and competency in customer relation skills in a professional environment. Ability to organize and prioritize work in a stressful environment. Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and is self-directed. Good problem solving skills. Prioritize workflow and excellent time management skills. Must be detail oriented, work independently and communicate using “remarkable” customer skills.
