Our Part-Time Outreach Specialist is primarily responsible for the following:

Provide a global perspective of marketing arena and venues which includes examining competitive marketing strategies, global industry perspectives and economic conditions in the assigned region
Research and present to Management developmental and technological tools that enhance outreach efforts
Work with the Marketing Department to create necessary flyers, brochures, and other tools in conjunction with branding and positioning each site individually while creating over-all company brand
Use networking capabilities to further leverage the management company to combine outreach efforts towards marketing and occupancy goals
Led by Property Manager
Perform all the above and other duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
This is a Part time position 20-24 works per week

Don’t sell yourself short. Our Part-Time Outreach Specialist must have the following qualifications:

BA in Marketing preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D required
Minimum 2 years' experience in property management, retail services or sales desired
Must be able to travel frequently
Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation
Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
SiteLink Program knowledge a plus
Proficient reading, writing, mathematical and grammar skills required
