Crittenton Services, Inc. is currently hiring bachelor's level Treatment Support Specialists (afternoon and midnight shifts) in our licensed residential treatment program for young females. Residents may be pregnant or parenting with their child while participating in the program. As a Treatment Support Specialist, you will provide supportive counseling to clients during their daily routines and promote a positive environment utilizing our trauma-informed framework.

Current Shifts: Afternoons and Midnights

Applicants must be at least 23 years old per the WV licensing requirement and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related social service field
Possess valid driver’s license, WV class D, or it's equivalent and maintain an excellent driving record
Understanding and accepting of women of various cultural groups, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities
Prefer experience with behavioral modification
Prefer experience utilizing techniques to enhance independent living skills development.

You will:

Provide direct care to our clients using our trauma-informed framework.
Provide supportive counseling to clients in both individual and group settings.
Document services provided to meet licensing and Medicaid guidelines.
Work in conjunction with our Mental Health Technicians to implement behavior management plans that reinforce positive behaviors..
Work in conjunction with support staff to maintain client schedules/routines so that appointments, extra therapy requirements, and visitations are met.
Work in conjunction with program staff to help meet the needs of clients regarding parenting programs, schooling, activities and basic living skills.
Miscellaneous duties, which may include, but are not limited to: attend staff trainings; provide childcare for infants and toddlers; report immediately all suspicions of child/adolescent abuse and neglect.
