Strategy professionals apply deep strategy development, architecting value and operating model architecture skills, influence through insight and partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues. The Functional Strategy Manager applies deep technology strategy development, architecting value and operating model architecture skills to influence client agendas through technology insight. Collaborates with technology and business leaders to maximize value from existing technology investments and to position technology organizations to deliver business benefits in the future. Encourages leaders to transform the technology function to achieve operational excellence and tight alignment with business strategy.
Customer Service professionals build on a customer-centric service strategy to deliver foundational organization, business process, and technology capabilities required to deliver an optimal customer service.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems.
Brings an analytical mindset to client engagements, and is able to quickly translate to customer strategy & design.
Decompose complex business challenges into a clearly communicated approaches.
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture including VP, SVP and C-Suite interactions
Contributes to practice development in order to progress Accenture’s Customer Strategy value proposition
Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts on a client engagement.
Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%
Minimum of 5 years in Customer Economics Experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer Service Strategy & Transformation, Sales Strategy & Transformation, Pricing and Commercial Strategy, Marketing Strategy & Transformation.
Minimum of 2 years of external consulting experience.
Professional Skill Requirements
MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
