Compensation: Base salary or commission, whichever is greater. The more you sell the more you make.

Achieve maximum sales, profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned store by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.

Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based

approach. Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Salesperson Duties:

*Be a team player. Maintain a positive attitude & atmosphere with customers & employees.

*Make sure all customers are treated with the very best service.

*Visit clients homes for on-site measuring & design consultation.

*Greet customers within the first minute, determine wants/needs.

*Guidelines “How to increase sales” to maintain and grow business.

*Consistently grow clientele base by cold calling, maintaining daily contacts, follow-ups, and adequate closing percentages.

*Effectively navigate through the preferred software.

*Enter customer information in the computer database.

*Send emails

*Always mention the company’s unique selling proposition

*Maintain a neat and orderly showroom.

*Maintain a neat and orderly desk by keeping it free of clutter & customer invoices.

*Follow up with customers.

*Contact potential accounts ie, builders, contractors, realtors, designers, property managers, restoration companies, insurance adjusters, carpet cleaners, etc…in an effort to create more sales.


*Comply with tasks given by management

*Treat everyone with respect maintain a positive attitude.
