Tech Recruiters! We at Cloutera have a great contract opportunity with our client in Seattle that focuses on RFID solutions using both hardware and software! We are actively seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to work with one of our corporate clients, helping them fill their diverse technical roles which will be further detailed below. Come and join our rapidly expanding team! It will be a 6-9-month contract and location would be in their Seattle office. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to own and manage the process of attracting and hiring the best talent possible. The details

We need a seasoned tech recruiter who has experience recruiting full life cycle for all Engineering role. You will need to have a very strong understanding of technology—This requires an in-depth level knowledge in high-level software, hardware, as well as embedded mechanical and electrical engineering components. If the role seems to be a fit on both sides, you will be asked to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will do

  • Own the recruiting process from sourcing, developing, negotiating and closing candidates across highly technical hardware and software engineering positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills required to effectively match the best candidates to each open role
  • Develop and implement a diverse sourcing strategy utilizing various media to recruit high-quality candidates that are both active and passive
  • Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the entire hiring process
  • Coach hiring managers and teams on best practices related to interviewing and candidate selection
  • Serve as an ambassador for the client brand and ensure that all candidates are treated with a high level of respect, responded to in a timely manner and have a fantastic interview experience

What we need

  • You should have 8-10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience working in-house at 2 or more tech companies. Ideally, you will have experience working in a hardware driven company.
  • A strong sense of initiative and an ability to work with minimal direction while also still knowing when to involve relevant stakeholders
  • A track record of building strong, consultative relationships with teams to address their current and future staffing needs
