Event Security Personnel-Seasonal Contract
No Experience Required- Training is Provided
We're currently searching for professional, service-focused individuals looking for supplemental income with a flexible schedule to join our team as Event Security Personnel placed outside and inside the stadium and seating area to enforce the facility's security regulations. This position ensures a secure and fun environment for the guests attending. Our Security personnel are focused on addressing issues that may disrupt the enjoyment of the event.
Due to our business's nature and the demands of the position, you may be asked to stand for long periods, walk up and down stairs, and work outside in all elements. Also, be assigned a post that may not give you a view of the event. You will also be asked to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or longer than typical event shifts—Lastly, you will be able to deal with challenging guests.
Some of the responsibilities may include:
- Screening persons coming into an event for prohibited items at the gates.
- Ticket Scanning and gate security access.
- Special assignments
Minimum Requirement: (Must Demonstrate)
- Must be 18 or Older
- Maintain a professional image that includes greeting customers, visitors, and employees in a polite and friendly manner.

Physical Requirements:
In general, the following physical demands represent those that a Security Officer must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to accommodate certain ADA requirements.
Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or other customers.
Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 50 lbs, stair climbing.
Normal vision or corrected by use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities.
Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs, and walk as required to perform the duties associated with functioning as a security officer.
- Must be able to stand in one location for up to 12 hrs,
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to walk 2/3 hours non-stop
- Use of all extremities are required for safety and security concerns
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms continuously
- Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
- Must be able to talk and hear for safety and security of one self.
- Must have 220/20 vision
- Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
Extra Credit:
- Former, transitioning, and active military experience
- Experience in the security field
- Majoring or having a degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement
- First responder seeking additional experience
