We are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist and this person will work closely and collaborate with other team members and support day-to-day activities of the Logistics team.
Duties to include:
- Validate shipment details against Sales Orders
- Provide shipping quotes, compliance details, and import costs to sales
- Work with shipping partners on pricing and lead times to give sales an accurate timeline for shipments
- Maintain strong work relationships and communication with our shipping partners
- Coordinate monthly submission of shipping compliance documentation
- Assist in tracking and managing shipment documents
- Coordinate with finance for monthly, quarterly, or annual audits
- Work with international teams to provide logistics details for various projects
- Provide weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports of shipments across various regions
- Maintain database of our global partners.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles
- Highly skilled in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Pro-Active, quick-learner and self-starter
- Strong organizational skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
