DESCRIPTION

The Executive Program Manager willwork closely with the CEO as their right hand person. The Executive ProgramManager will work on a wide range of tasks from administrative toproject/situation management from start to finish. The Executive ProgramManager is a strategic thinker who can work independently with little to nosupervision. They are comfortable dealing with all levels of leadership. Thisis an exempt, full-time position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement andrepresent CARD policy enthusiastically
  • Represent CARDprofessionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle variousprojects and tasks as assigned
  • Make workflow andprocess recommendations
  • Develop andimplement strategies
  • Implementprocedures based on CARD policy to improve service and financial performance
  • Assist with newbusiness ventures and implementation of new programs
  • Maintain clientand employee privacy in accordance with CARD policy
  • Attend and/orlead required trainings and meetings

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degreein related field, MBA preferred
  • 5 years ofrelevant experience
  • Experienceworking C-Suite
  • Experienceworking with organizations with multiple locations
  • Excellentinter-personal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicateeffectively at all levels.
  • Proven ability tosolve business problems in a self-directed manner
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to workwith all levels of the organization
  • Strongorganizational skills
  • Excellentcommunication skills, including presentations, phone and e-mail
  • Works well inteams and has to the ability to work independently with little or nosupervision
