Job Title: Front Office Assistant
Reports To: Company Controller
Provide professional and excellent customer service. Support for company executives, sales force and shop personnel.
Phone: Answer a multi-line phone in a professional and pleasant manner.
Accounts Payable: Invoice coding, invoice entry, and check processing, account reconciliations.
Purchasing: Enter, and maintain material purchases.
Payroll: Edit, enter and maintain employee time ticket information.
General: Greet walk-in customers, vendors, etc.
Sort and distribute mail.
Filing of any and all paperwork. Maintain files.
Staff support for Dayton and Lima locations.
Any other duties as needed to support company and as assigned by executive team.
High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. Previous office environment experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient Experience in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
High priority for excellent customer service.
Leadership abilities: planning, organizing, delegation.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be trust worthy with confidential information pertaining to the company’s finances and performance.
Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Able to work independently and with a team.
