Learning and Development & Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator

As a L&D and D&I Coordinator at Millennium, your main responsibility is to support our L&D and D&I efforts to ensure an outstanding experience for our employees. Acting as a right-hand support to the L&D and D&I team, you'll maintain clear lines of communication with the L&D team, managers and those who are participating our Learning and Development programs. Day-to-day this means coordinating learning programs and logistics, supporting the management and communication with vendors, administrative support for our online training content and broad support for the function.

Principal Responsibilities

Administrative support for learning and diversity programming

Greet vendors and act as the point of contact throughout training programs

Track attendance to help with producing training reports for L&D

Support ERG’s with event planning and programs

Manage tracking and membership of online training partners

Produce PowerPoints that highlight learning and diversity programs

Support Learning and Development team on general admin tasks

Survey Reporting and Data analytics
Qualifications/Skills Required
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a solid academic record

0-2 years of professional HR work experience

Prior L&D experience preferred

Self-directed, solution orientated and organized problem solver with a desire to contribute to Millennium’s reputation and success

Outstanding oral and written communication skills, stakeholder management, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levels

Able to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, high pressure, constantly evolving environment

Proficient to advanced computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
