TALENT ACQUISITION ASSISTANT
The role of Talent Acquisition Assistant is housed within our Human Resource department. As a Talent Acquisition Assistant you'll be helping our Talent Acquisition Specialists find, and attract the right candidates for our various positions. Your work is crucial and critical to our continued success, and our compensation package and bonuses will reward you for that contribution. This position is an hourly full time role with bonus potentials.
WHAT DOES A TALENT ACQUISITION ASSISTANT DO?
The role of a Talent Acquisition Assistant is one of the most important positions in the company. This position prefers experience in Call Centers, Recruiting, Human Resource, Customer Service and/or Sales but is not required. You will report directly to Human Resources and are responsible for the day-to-day life cycle of recruiting.
Making outbound calls tor prospective candidates
Accepting inbound calls to applicants
Processing phone interviews
Answering basic questions
Assisting Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed.
You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates for the company through various recruitment channels.
