Consistently lease homes at pace needed to ensure the market maintains a healthy rate.
Promptly field/ respond to all phone calls and emails relating to potential tenants
Gather/ track all relevant tenant contact info and property preferences for follow up as needed.
Ensure that all potential residents understand and potentially meet all minimum Conrex requirements prior to beginning the application process.
Conduct consistent weekly field trips to view Conrex homes in order to better understand our signature product, geographical areas and rental rates.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Conduct all activities in accordance with Fair Housing requirements.
Valid Driver’s License
A Minimum of a High School Degree or Equivalency
Associates Degree or 2 years applicable experience
