JOB SUMMARY
Tracks and analyzes IT related costs at detailed level (IT cost center, IT service, projects, vendor, etc.) to provide insight and understanding into IT spend.
Identifies opportunities to drive out cost.
Coordinates the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Tracks and reports performance against budget.
Provides vendor and asset management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis
Breakdown IT spend by cost center and category, IT service, projects, and vendor
Prepare monthly performance reports
Month End Review and support for Head of IT Sourcing on all OPEX contracts
Review monthly OPEX and variances
Calculates monthly billing of IT cost
Coordinate equipment leasing process with suppliers, IT, and business
Perform financial lease analysis
Support on routing and account assigning of purchase requisitions and invoices
Monthly analysis of key cost drivers including T&S and Capitalization
Partner with Accounting to ensure month end accruals and journal entries are recorded correctly in NAV
Escalate early warning on changes in spending patterns
Oversee discretionary spend and ensure items are budgeted
Provide pro forma invoices to business units detailing costs of IT services consumed
Budgeting/Forecasting
Work with IT department managers to coordinate and assist with developing the annual IT budget process; partner with Corporate FP&A
Participate in business planning and forecasting process cycle
Perform CAPEX budget project oversight
Project Controlling
Ensure systems in place to track project costs
Work with project stakeholders and PMs to develop project ROI and manage ongoing project spend to budget
Prepare depreciation schedule to forecast future fixed costs; partner with Corporate FP&A
Asset & Vendor Management
Ensure there is a well-defined process for management of technology assets
Must be able to identify, track and report on all technology assets
Work with company controllers to manage a common procurement process
Ensure there is a well-defined Vendor Management process
Manage process for qualifying vendors
Coordinate the vendor contracts for projects, licenses, maintenance, and production support

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 7 years related experience performing financial analysis, modeling and budgeting.
Excel advanced proficiency is a must
Must have experience in startup environment
Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Proactive leadership and ownership
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to be stand ground when needed
