The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing the complete sales-cycle from qualification, discovery, requirements gathering, proposal development, negotiations and contracts.
Fully track and report on the daily sales activities of designated accounts.
The ideal candidate should display effective listening skills, provides solutions to business problems enabled by technology; Is tenacious, maintains continuous contact with sales and stakeholders to establish need(s); Demonstrates effectiveness in driving Net New sales.
Track and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
Maintain an up-to-date, accurate CRM system.
Work with management and their teams to increase sales within the assigned regions, clients, etc.
Ensure client accounts have the information they require to pursue and close sales opportunities.
2-3 years of demonstrated sales operations and coordination experience across integration technologies.
Demonstrated effectiveness in tracking business development and lead/opportunity qualification.
Ability to effectively utilize CRM to manage assigned accounts and territory.
Industry experience across Telecommunications vertical is a plus.
Experience with a software product sales organization is a plus.
Project management experience required.
Proven ability to affect process change in complex and rapidly changing environment.
Results-oriented, tenacious, self-starter who strategically plans for success.
Demonstrates impeccable sales acumen with passion and drive for success.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills (verbal and written).
Excellent planning, investigative, analytical and reporting skills.
Extensive experience with CRM tools, Excel and PowerPoint.
