**Job Summary:**
We are seeking dedicated and qualified family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatric locum tenens physicians to join our registry. The ideal candidates will provide to our clients exceptional medical care to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric patients, while maintaining a commitment to quality, patient-centered care. You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. Tracy Zweig Associates has been serving the needs of medical professionals in California since 1995. Our firm prides itself on being extremely professional, and we partner with some of the region's best practices and medical centers.
**Duties:**
- Provide routine and preventive care to patients, including physical exams, health screenings, and vaccinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including common conditions such as colds, flu, allergies, and minor injuries.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting medical imaging tests.
- Develop treatment plans for patients, taking into account their individual needs, medical history, and physiology knowledge.
- Prescribe medications, including antibiotics, pain relievers, and other medications as needed.
- Order and interpret lab tests, EKGs, and other diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with specialists, including neurosurgeons, urologists, and cardiologists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
**Experience:**
- Board certified or Board eligible. GP's will be considered
- Completion of a residency program in family, internal or pediatric medicine or a related field (3rd year residents considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
