The Enterprise Sanctions and List Screening (ESLS) supervisor will oversee a team on investigators responsible for reviewing potential matches associated with economic sanctions, 314(a), politically exposed persons (PEPs), and adverse media targets.
Provide guidance to existing staff and train new hires as required.
Act as a point of contact for escalations received from staff pertaining to potential true matches.
Review metrics reporting on a daily basis to identify trends, spikes, or areas of focus for the given workday.
Update policies and procedures as needed.
Complete all necessary regulatory reporting, as required, to applicable agencies.
Identify enhancements to existing workflows and processes.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Sciences
4+ years of experience in financial services, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in AML, Fraud, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Analysis, or related field
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
5+ years of experience in AML and/or Sanctions
1+ years people management experience
