We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, LAN knowledge, and strong verbal communication skills. The Help Desk professional will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with system administration tasks
- Provide support for operating systems, including Windows and UNIX
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality customer service
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions

Physical Requirements:
