Full Job Description
Provide recommendations for the development of Knowledge Management (KM) systems by designing and implementing SharePoint process improvement solutions. Assist with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including but not limited to search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Provide position papers containing analysis that provide assessments regarding the effectiveness of current organizational SOPs and processes as discussed during the KM Working Group (KMWG), facilitate the KMWG, and publish KMWG materials to the SharePoint site. Provide status updates and brief leadership on progress.
20 years of experience in the intelligence field
Experience with information, tools, and methodologies in the intelligence field
2+ years of experience managing SharePoint sites
HS diploma or GED
Security Plus certification
Completion of a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033
AA or AS degree and 16 years of experience with intelligence, BA or BS degree and 14 years of experience with intelligence, or MA or MS degree and 12 years of experience with intelligence
