Our Receptionist/Clerical is the first contact person with our clients and consumers. This person must have good phone skills, communication skills and be able to direct parties to the proper office staff member. We provide a professional work environment that allows our staff to accomplish their jobs and also enjoy each work day. The position is challenging, but rewarding when helping both our clients and consumers.
We pay a competitive hourly wage with built in biweekly overtime.

During the first few weeks you will participate in an extensive training program. This training period will equip you with the tools to accomplish every day to day task that your position requires.
The candidate must have advanced computer skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills with outstanding listening skills. The candidate must be a quick learner of computer applications/software and should be able to apply learned tasks with accuracy and detail. Also, the candidate must have the ability to manage their workload and meet deadlines under their own supervision. Candidates must always be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management and communicate professionally with outside clients and consumers.
Prior experience in customer service and office duties would be helpful but not required.
